Anna and her team did such a wonderful job on my cat, Golden! When we brought her home, she was sparkling clean and very happy. I’ve never seen a groomer do such a good job de-shedding her. Will definitely be back!

worse grooming job ever and they blamed my dog was too old and only sat down and couldnt stand for the owner to trim my dog and wouldnt fix the loose ends i requested and told me to go home do it myself. ive called the better business bureau already. what a joke

Anna is a very professional dog groomer. She loves every dog and treat them as her own child. When I have my first puppy I went to different places to groom and Anna is the one who do the best. My puppy always smell good for few days, ears clean nicely and Anna will also cut the tummy hair of my puppy so when he pee there will never be a mess. Now I have two dogs and I will always and only let Anna take care of them. Because every time When they come back home from Anna they are always happy. I highly recommend The groom house daycare and pet salon to everybody.

I brought my dog (shitzhu mix yorkie) in for full grooming and when he came home we noticed there was blood under his paw. When my bf picked him up, staff didn't mention anything. When I called to ask what happened staff said my dog was out of control and needed 2 staff to hold him down. My dog goes for regular grooming and not once did our regular groomer say he's difficult to handle. We only went to groom house because our regular place was booking too far away and with the heat I wanted to get him groomed ASAP. Groom house didn't apologize and they blamed my dog for possibly injuring himself while walking or jumping on walls. They asked me to come back in so they could put powder on the nail to stop the bleeding. I said I would rather bring him to the vet. Then she hung up on me! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never bring my dog back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Price wasn’t communicated to me before my cat was brought in, had to pay 126 and wasn’t prepared to. My cat also has lots of hair coming off of her just from touching her right after the appointment, I don’t know if the deshedding got it all. Trimming in sensitive areas was good and was worker was friendly.Wouldn’t go back again because of price for what I assume was a not completed servics

My cat Tofu had a really good time. She was calm after and the staff were very knowledgable in what her breed's specific grooming needs were. Her nails were also cut really well and aren't sharp even after 2 weeks. Will definitely make this her regular grooming salon!

I am so thankful to find this grooming salon for my dog. He is a chow chow and no other groomers will take him as a client because of his breed. Anna and her team did an amazing job and he no longer looks like a furry mess! They are fully experienced and gave my Hercules the cutest and cleanest cut. My favourite is the shape of his bum...so cute!We will be coming to Groom House from now on :)
