I hired Dave's Duct cleaning to clean my daughter's condo ducts. They were fantastic from the minute I called. The techs that showed up were friendly, clean and thorough. I was dealing with Stanley and Dave.Great job gentlemen. You'll be doing my place in the spring.

Dave messaged me on HomeStars and set up a call for the next day. I had a lot of questions because I have no experience with the services they offer. He was very kind and patient and explained their process thoroughly and set up my appointments.The first crew was scheduled to come at 8:30 and they came 5 minutes early (hardly anyone arrives on time!) Andrew and Aaron took the time to ask us about our home, concerns and accommodated our 6-month-old child and 2 cats. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked steadily throughout. I was not sure when our dryer vent was last cleaned or how dirty it was, but they inspected it, took a picture and recommended that it be cleaned. I appreciated the honesty and option to decide to not have it cleaned if it didn't need it.Brandon called me ahead of time to inform me that he finished his first appointment early and would be able to come before his scheduled appointment if I was okay with it. He cleaned out our furnace and installed a whole home humidifier. He took the time to answer my questions and give me a run down on how my home appliances worked. Before he left he made sure I knew how our new system works and what to do for annual maintenance.From the first message on HomeStars to completing the work and final invoicing, I was very satisfied by the level of service, expertise and professionalism from Dave's Ducts. When the neighbours noticed we were cleaning our dryer vent, they even were able to fit them in after us! We would not hesitate to call Dave's Ducts again.

Very happy we chose Dave's for our duct cleaning. They came recommended from family and neighbours. The technician was right on time, was very polite and thoroughly explained everything. He was also very respectful of our home. I shopped around and the cost was very fair for the work being done. I also recommend Dave's Ducts!

I'm wary of all the duct cleaning telemarketing calls but when a tenant of ours used and then recommended Dave's, I felt comfortable enough to use them. I cancelled the first appointment because of Covid and re-scheduled a year later - fully expecting an increase in price. Didn't happen and there was no pressure from them to re-book. The whole operation went smoothly and we're very satisfied and happy with the service. I'd recommend Dave's anytime.

The company was wonderful to deal with. The two guys who came to do the work were extremely professional, clean and efficient. They laid out mats to keep the floors clean. They took before and after photos to explain everything to us so we understood the work they did. I will be recommending this company to friends and family.

Duct cleaning after a reno, in a HEAT wave: DDucts squeezed us into their busy schedule b/c city was in a heat wave & our family with allergies was unable to turn on our AC till the reno dust was cleared from the ducts. Caring approachable staff (Andrew) took the care to cover his shoes to protect our floors, took the care to prop open the door to bring in the machinery but to close it as soon as possible to keep the hot outdoor air out; took care to knock and announce himself as he entered each room to access ducts (kids doing homework/ trying to stay cool in bedrooms). Checked our HEPA, etc before turning system all on; reminded us to pick up new filter etc. Excellent professional service!!

Not impressed with the service provided..As the guys were packing up the truck I inspected the work they did. Still lots of dust and dirt in the air return. Had to have them redo the entire job three times before I was satisfied. Lots of friction to finally get the job done right.In response, Friction = having to call the owner four times — taking my own pictures to prove the job was not done right the first two times — generally having to be the foreman when all I should have had to do was stay out of the way.

Dave's Ducts was amazing to work with from start to finish.Our technician Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all our questions. No pressure sales and really great overall to work with. Will definitely call on them again and would recommend to our family/friends.

We had an issue with our dryer and lint build up. Great experience! Professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
