Farm Boy

I went to PLACE with the intention of buying a CINNABON bun. Unfortunately they had closed.I thought, FARM BOY is supposed to have the best quality prepared foods, so I proceeded to go to their bakery.I bought cinnamon buns (very small) and apple fruit sticks. MAJOR WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!The cinnamon buns were so dry, even microwaving them didn't help soften the pastry, but it melted the sparse amount of icing onto the plate, leaving the bun naked.The fruit sticks also very dry, were presented as full of filling. In fact, they had so little filling inside, if you cut off each end of a fruit stick, you could clearly see through it.I threw both the cinnamon buns and apple sticks into the food recycle bag.I won't shop in their bakery again.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FARM BOY AND THE LACK OF QUALITY THEY OFFER IN THEIR BAKERY ITEMS !!

Loving all the new plant based options that Farm Boy is adding. Great organic section.Pleased with their following COVID protocol. Occasional issues with packing (bruised and squished delicate items at bottom of bag).Looking forward to seeing more plant based items, please keep them up. Please consider carrying JustEgg (frozen & liquid), vegan Becel, and Bel soy cream. With a few more key vegan products I could shop exclusively here. Thank you!

Always great quality fresh fruits and veggies. I like the fact that they carefully pack your food into your bags or boxes rather than scan and dump.Organic foods section could use some organization and improvement. For example: carrots, potatoes or sweet potatoes should not be drenching wet by having them sprayed with water along with fresh leafy greens and asparagus in the organics section. Organic carrots and potatoes that stay wet go bad rapidly.

We don’t have a Farm Boy near us so when we go it is somewhat special. We find there are products we can’t find elsewherePlus the produc is fresh

Amazing grocery, lots of fresh food

I was at place d’Orleans store on Saturday . Have you changed management ? The whole cooked chickens keep on getting smaller but not the price. They were all falling apart you could tell by looking at the bag. I took what I thought was the best one but when I went to take it out of the bag at home it all fell apart. I had meat in my hands and all the bones stayed in the bag. Not so good for presentation.I was there also earlier during the week.Why are the chickens only ready at 11:00 AM. I have been shopping at Farmboy since you were in Place D’Orleans and chickens were always ready around 10:00 AM. I would rather do my groceries before 11 to avoid the lunchtime. The supervisor said I was wrong it has always been 11:00AM.It was around 10:40 so I said I would wait. The chickens were out and sitting on the counter. She was bagging the chicken and putting it on the tray. She knew I was there and totally ignored me. I asked the girl from the salad counter at 11:55 if she could just grab a bag for me and she told me ask her she is the supervisor.Supervisor was rude . Knowing I had been waiting . What was the big deal not giving me a bag ? I thought it was rude.I have always thought your employees were the best. Not in this case,Guess will go somewhere else for my chicken.Thank you

Clean , friendly staff and they always have what I'm looking for with good prices

The staff is so great always helpful and friendly! Always quick, easy to find everything and good quality produce and meats. I always get my produce deli meat and fish here. A little too many organic packaged items so unnecessary and expensive so I go elsewhere for these. Oh except salad dressings...FB salad dressings are delish!

Loads to choose from and always a quick in and out. Sometimes I find the prices are a little higher than other places, but the quality is certainly top notch.

Well staffed. When the line ups get crazy within 2 mins they have staff including the manager open every cash to get us out fast. Things are a bit expensive but their deals even things out.
