Superbe kitchen set-up, feels safe and secure, lounges are pretty prestige, but the rest is standard, shared locked washrooms.

I went with my daughter who is going to study at this university. It looks ok for student residence and well organised as there are so many students from all over the world. It's a massive place with HEC next door. I like the fact it's really green with Mont Royal park next door. Also there is place for doing all kind of sports. Metro stations are 500m away. Only drawback is the lack of supermarket which doesn't help when you want to find affordable food or food to prepare when you go home.

The University overall is beautiful. plenty of site to see as well as many ways to travel. However the rooms don't leave much to imagination. The water in the room is not fit for consumption. The space is quite small and stuffy with low air circulation. It feels like we needed to bring more things to accomodate for this experience.

I've stayed once a few years back, and again this year. They renovated a few things, but at what cost? The shower heads have barely no water pressure anymore, and the locks they added to the restrooms are very impractical. The 7th floor's flooring is already breaking up, there is chronical issues with shortage of toilet paper.
