Staff are ok, car wash absolutely sucks.This review is regarding their touchless car wash. I paid $10 to have my car washed and it didn't clean the bird poop off of the side of my car. Additionally, the dirt on the outsides of my windshield was still clearly visible as was the dirt on the roof. I was disappointed that the car wash didn't even sort of clean my car.When I went inside to make them aware that their car was doesn't work the fellow at the till asked me if I prewashed it with the bucket and brush first. I said that I didn't and he told me that I should prewash dirty parts of the car before running it through the wash...What the heck is the point of a car wash if you have to wash the car before the wash machine washes the car? Why would anybody pay $10 for that?Anyhow, to the guy's credit, he gave me another wash for free and I basically washed the car myself beforehand using the bucket and brush provided.

Apparently the we serve" isn't a thing anymore. Most times I've visited nobody comes out and I thought it might have to do with short staffing but the last time I went inside the convenience store there were 2 people behind the desk; it didn't look like they were very busy. I thought it was a great thing that co-op does the 'we serve' - with kids in the car it's really handy - but now I have no reason to seek out the co-op stations."

Had an altercation with Jamie, one of the employees there, I'll admit I didn't handle myself all that well, but neither did he, owner/manager should coach this man on how to deal with disgruntled customers
