never againFirst of all, pizza was wet. Second, Ordered online and was there after 30min but still had to wait more.There were ppl before us and they were all waited. Most of all! The old lady was very very rude!

Would’ve given 0 stars if I could. Don’t come here expecting a slice of pizza - they don’t have any slices ready at any time of day. This is only a place to come if you call ahead and place an order….just then it might be ready for you when you go in to pick it up. No promises though. Have gone on two occasions, no slices, nothing ready to grab and go. And on both occasions I came in and was ignored for 10+ minutes (no exaggeration), even with a bell dinging as I entered to announce my presence. Not sure if the owners are hard of hearing or not..but I stood in plain view of them as well and was just blatantly ignored. Won’t be returning or recommending.

Well, unusual... tonight's pizza was SLOW. We arrived at 7pm ordered a 3-topping, large take out pizza. 15 minutes later it was noticed that an order placed after ours was ready and being carried out by the customer who ordered it. At that time the fellow behind the counter asked to repeat our order. 10 minutes later another customer ordering after us had left? When challenged that we had waited A LONG TIME for our order, he answered with it's a busy night". I responded with "you lost the order." He said "No it's just busy"Well at 7:27pm we finally had our pizza in hand and were leaving the store. Maybe time to rethink our historical go-to for pizza. There are other options closer to home.We really feel we were being lied to. If something got messed up I would be more accepting of the truth

The old lady was very rude. SHE CAN'T UNDERSTAND MY NAME, SHE DIDN'T ASK IF I WERE THERE FOR PICKUP OR ORDER. I had to told her my name several times and she just said how I know you are here for pickup or walking!" OMG. If you don't know what the customer wants l
