Nothing works after 9pm. The cashier was speaking so bad french I couldn’t understand anything. He clearly saw that I was struggling to understand him but he still included 4 sandwiches in the check (we have ordered 2). Avoid this place.

Possibly the worst Tim Horton's in Canada. Waited 5 minutes at drive thru before speaking to someone (2 cars waiting ahead), then another 20 minutes for 6 muffins.. and the other cars hadn't moved either. There were 3 patrons inside. This is not a rare occurrence at this location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Tim Hortons yes yes. Every time we road trip for the day, we must go to Tim Hortons. It's not me but I won't say no. It's my road trip buddy and she loves her Tim Hortons and a donut. We do drive through cuz we're on a road trip. No denying that we still identify being Canadian and having a Tim Horton coffee. ❤️.

Really bad service, if I could say I’ve had any. The second time I went I waited for someone to come and serve me but they just ignore me. Someone screamed customer at the counter but no one really wanted to come and serve me. So I left. The place is dirty and no one really takes care of the place at all. Not many donuts left and the presentation doesn’t makes you want to buy it. It’s dirty and messy. I won’t be back.Someone have to get a manager or a new one and change things around there. Cuz if it keeps going this way it’s bad. You’ll lose customers and it affect your business.

I waited 20 minutes to get to the order window in the drive-thru... then another 5 minutes to order... that in itself is totally ridiculous!!! I ordered a grilled cheese/bacon sandwich, the cheese was not even melted & the bread was mushy....I ended taking one bite and threw it out... I give this Tim Horton zero stars...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I go there often and it will take up to 15 minutes wait in the drive through with 4 cars in front of you. I just waited 10 minutes at the microphone and nobody took my order. This Tim Horton is a shame to the Tim Horton brand and need to close or a change of staff.

Not even one star, very bad service, could not understand a simple cappuccino order or a hot chocolate that was on promotion. Even after repeating myself 4 times. When she finally served us latte when told her that we asked for cappuccino, she proceeded to say that she did not know what drink she made. She just asked us to taste and take them anyways.
