Listen I can tell you guys right now. that this place is wonderful this is the only place in this whole city that was not biased...... and did not judge my dog and took him in with open arms. he's a European Doberman his name is Achilles there's only one person who cuts his nails and it's been like that since he's a pup I love them they're great people they never judge my pitbull they never judge my doberman and I don't have a small American eh I got a big European take a look

When I had my dog quote a bit ago she would go there to be groomed and always always looked great and Kim did am awesome job and spent time with you if you needed. I called to find out about nail trims as hadn't been there for quite a while. The gentleman on the phone was very nice respectful and polite while telling me about how to get a nail trim done. It's a great place for your pet to be pampered and will look great

They take really good care of my dog, but with the no show charges and not even a reminder call, I will not be going back especially with a snarky attitude. If your gonna charge a no show fee for appointments that take two months to get, atleast a reminder call or text would be nice. IMO, but hey that's not my job

Great customer service. The gentleman clipped my dogs nails in the front so he wasn't stressed by other dogs. Speedy and gentle with my dog. Will go back !
