Chappelle gardens is one of the best places for residents in Edmonton. They have good plans for family size. Really nice and clean. The management really takes good care of the property and the residents. Vicky, Vin and saif are very professional and approachable. I highly recommend!

Wonderful facility for residents. The playground and spray park are amazing. Can't wait for winter to try out the outdoor rink and practice ice! The centre has great, rentable space for birthday parties or showers. Overall a very well planned amenity of the area.

Be ware of this community specially the town houses there are lots of hidden agenda by condo board,the visitors parking are notorious here,diamond parking specifically,home owners are not allowed to use visitors parking stall,you will be fined 250 from condo board itself ezpensive than the ticket you get from the city bylaw.Not a good place to leave ,we are planing to move out.

The best part about living in Chapelle Gardens community is having access to the facilities of the Residents Association and the wonderful staff there.

Staff has different rules , some of them are lazy. They prefer just sitting in the chair.

Beautiful facility! Great for smaller functions! Very warm and welcoming on a cold winter day. Fireplace is nice and cozy. Great change area for skating. Beautiful skating g rinks!

The worst accounting department I have ever came across. 7 years as we are residents and have always paid our fees with no issues. This year we have not received the invoice and completely forgot about annual fees to be paid since the facility has not been used because of COVID. Without any follow up call (at least a courtesy call for your long term residents, even Government send reminder for car registration renewals) we have been sent to collection for pure $400.... Instead of paying $400 immediately by CC now I need to deal with the lawyer. I called to bookkeeping lady in CGRA to be told that it's not their job to remind us about fees to be paid. Way to go Chapelle! Thank you for treating us this way.Svitlana
