I went in yesterday around 7:15 pm. The food was good, but the man cashier cheated by adding a tip to my bill as dine in while it was take out. Check your bill before making a payment.

Came with my kids today. Sandwich was good the little blond that works there was amazing and very attentive. Just found it really sad that she was there alone taking care of everything….I did eventually see a red head come out, she wasn’t very friendly and ignored a lot of the customers which again is sad.

I saw a cockroach (or some other big brown bug?) openly crawl over the oven several times while my sandwich was being made and I'm too grossed out to be eating here again. I also work in fast food, the only way bugs would find their way into your store is if your store was near a door outside or entrance. As this Subway is near neither, the only reasonable explanation points to poor hygiene. No hate to the workers though, they work hard and try to smile every time but like. I don't want my food near bugs.

Very bad customer service we came 8 minutes before the time to close and was asked rudely by the red coloured hair girl that we are not serving you and I asked in a nice way that there is still 8 minutes. Asked us to get out from there and was using inappropriate language with us after requesting humbly to her. There was 2 cashier and both of them were rude with us

Crispy chicken was not eatable. The chicken was so raw and full of skin and bad things inside and outside even with one bite we realized we have to put it in garbage. We did not go to them but we bought a sushi after all. We had to pay twice for food because of the bad quality.

Went in for lunch today around 3:30pm. It wasn’t too busy, I think their lunch rush was pretty much over with. I didn’t know what to order, so Josh helped me out. He recommended me a ham sandwich with various toppings. It had their house sauce on it. It was phenomenal! 10/10 Would eat again, the staff here are awesome! Especially you Josh, thanks for making me that awesome sub. ;)

I have eaten here twice in the last two days while I am in Ottawa on business. Yesterday the sub and service was what you would expect. Today, the sub was surprisingly fresh, the staff very friendly, and they stuffed my sub full of veggies. I was impressed as I haven't seen this happen at a subway in years. I'd highly recommend this place if you happen to be at St. Laurent Shopping Mall.

The food was good; but! I'll tell you the two stars story now. We got there at around 8:10 pm. They were taking the ice away from under the trays; the trays were all covered, so far so good. When the guy was helping us to prepare our order, the girl did not stop what she was doing with the ice. I saw as the guy was opening and closing the lid of the trays with difficulty, since she was on his way, there was some drips of ice water into the trays (of water that she was collecting) . That ruined the enjoyment of having that sandwich for me and my wife, but, we said nothing to them, not to make them feel bad after a long day they had.
