Car broke down and friendly local drove me to Morrison and recommended I speak with Mark. Mark had one of his mechanics fill my cars coolant and didn't ask for payment. I paid later when I bought 2 more bottles of coolant.One of the good guys!

Honest great service from this business. We were looking for a servicing for our vehicles when we moved here a couple yrs ago and found out about Morrison. We don't regret our decision. Just had our safety done through them. They do that as well.

I had a flat tire on my rental when passing Baddeck and visited Morrison Motors to fix it. The gentleman who I believe is the owner immediately prioritized our repair to get us on the road ASAP. The tire was fixed perfectly and we were on our way out in less than 30mins! I did not have any issues with it during the rest of my vacation. I recommend their service if you ever get into car trouble in Baddeck, and what a gorgeous town!!

We are from Ontario, and while down East had what we thought were some brake issues with our Mustang. Based on the reviews, we called in and spoke with the owner, Mark. He did explain that they were busy, but said if we brought the car in the following morning between 8:30 & 9, he would take the car in to have someone take a look at it. When we arrived the next morning, we learned that Mark was not in, and the employee we saw said they were too busy and refused to even look at the vehicle, despite us explaining our conversation with Mark. So very unprofessional!!!!! Would give zero stars if we could

While heading out to do the Cabot trail the truck's tpms started alarming and we were going flat on a tire. We were 10 minutes from Morrison motors and after calling they got us right in and fixed up a nail hold they found. Saved our day with great friendly service. They even made sure all the other tires were filled up.

Went in for Motor Vehicle Inspection in the morning. There was an issue with my cars suspension and two parts needed to be replaced. Those parts were called in immediately when the problem was encountered and they arrived later that same afternoon and we're put in no more than an hour after they had arrived.Great service and friendly staff. Will be going back and recommending to friends.5/5
