In every manner possible this company exceeded my expectations. They promised a call before arriving and did that. The promised to arrive in a 2 hour window and arrived 10 minutes into that window. They quoted me over the phone and lived to that quote when they showerd up. To top it off Sean was polite, friendly and easy going.Bravo guys you did an amazing job!

This was the second time I used this service. Just like the first time, the appointment for pick up was quick , they arrived on time , early actually by agreement .The fellows were friendly , polite, used masks do to Covid protocol. They quickly loaded the truck , no mess left. The price was fair .They saved me tons of time getting rid of stuff.Do not hesitate , they are great !

I would like to thank the amazing crew at Just Junk. They are a well organized team!! They came within 30 minutes of calling them to give me a quote on the large number of items I was requiring to be removed. The price was very reasonable. I booked a removal date for two weeks in time. They arrived in the time frame they had given. The guys were extremely friendly and respectful. They were done the job quickly and they did a fantastic job fitting all the items in the truck. They even swept up leftover debris. The end price was exactly as quoted. They explained to me the process of how my unneeded items would either donated or recycled. I would highly recommend Just Junk! Thanks so much to your hard working team.

I've used Just Junk several times over the years and they have never disappointed. Today they came to help kick off my spring cleaning by helping to declutter my shed, yard and garage. They were courteous, respectful and punctual. They were fair in their assessment and went above and beyond, as usual. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Was very impressed with the entire experience provided by Just Junk! From the initial online booking, to the communication leading up to the scheduled date and the actual removal service provided by Ryan, everything was delivered exceptionally well! I had 2 gentlemen named Jeremy and Jason. They were polite and friendly. I have a small apartment and it was very difficult to bring this stuff in. They removed it without a complaint and moved it out more smoothly than when it came in. Even offered to stay and help me clean up. Great fast service. The junk removal team, Jason and Jeremy, were courteous and warm. They were professional and hard working. They went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning up the area that housed the washer and dryer. They even found lost socks etc!Amazing service guys!! I loved that you treated my home as though it was yours. No scratches on my newly painted walls or hardwood floors. Keep up the awesome work!! Very fast service. It was less then 2 hours from the time we phoned until all items were removed from our house. The movers were very careful. (We had 5 big furniture pieces including a heavy full-size sofa bed all on the second floor). They are very professional and efficient. Highly recommend them and we'd definitely use them again.
