I come up to Canada to visit my BFF every summer in Shuswap. Going to Mark's for my Summer clothes is a must. I LOVE the Denver Hayes collection. ❤️always polite and courteous and I have fun shopping.

I have shopped at Mark's for years & always found quality gear. This spring I needed a new jean jacket. I went to the Salmon Arm store & the girl at the checkout directed me to a young woman who showed their selection to me. I chose a Levi jacket which she claimed was on sale for $45 & took it to the cashier who informed me it was not on sale & was priced at $120. It had been a few decades since I last bought a denim jacket so I accepted inflation had struck again. It turns out I was robbed, the same jacket at Walmart is always $45. I've misplaced the receipt so I can't return the item but I will never shop at Marks again!

Good sale on - convenient location - a little smaller than some stores so stock is a little limited, lots of staff to help :D

All of the staff at this location are great.Today I want to thank Jen & Bryanna for their patience and willingness to share their knowledge with us. They are both very friendly and we will ask for either on our next visit.5.5 stars!!

This store is always quite clean and the staff are pleasant. The displays are very close together and could be difficult to maneuver but they make the best of the space they have.

Recently made a return here and received the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Mark’s location! The gentleman who processed my return was efficient and very friendly.5 star customer service is hard to find these days but this one deserves 10 stars.
