My first experience with acupuncture. Two relaxing treatments so far with Charity Cheng for my hip osteoarthritis. Very effective! What a difference since the treatments. I will definitely be back!

Coming here is definitely like dealing with trusted family.I have had a couple of appointments at motion pro health for my self and a family member. The service was great, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The clinic is very clean and the rooms are nice and relaxing.If you have any questions they are always very happy to help. The environment and vibe overall is just is very welcoming.. They offer you a delicious cup of coffee too! They truly provide a great experience and a wonderful service and I highly recommend them.

I was referred by a friend to visit Motion Pro Health as I value the opinion of my friend and usually friends suggest the best places, services and things to do&try. So I decided to give it a try. My highlights:1. Easy registration as a person who has never used extended health care except the dental, my knowledge was equal to zero on how to use it, how much it will cover and do I need to pay and do I need to submit any papers or can I just pay my portion. Of course, it is possible to find by calling and reading on the website but it makes things harder and you keep delaying things. If you are with Sun Life, then you can just pay the difference and you dont need to do any paperwork. If you need extra help, please contact Motion Pro Health. I have booked and process was smooth.2. Easy access by public transport and parking is available outside and underground. I liked the convenience that you can schedule in advance your appointment for evening hours which is so convenient for a visit after work.3. I loved the atmosphere and energy at the studio. The owner of the studio was greeting all of the clients who came for different services which makes you feel like you are at home.4. I have tried acupuncture and it was really good. Confidently, I can say that practitioner went beyond and made my experience even better. I didn't have any pains that I need it to treat, but each of us need to get at least 3-5 sessions as we spend so much time sitting in front of our computers. The variety of essential oils that they have in the collection is amazing.5. Next, I would like to try RMT and after my session, I had a nice chat with one of the patients of Motion Pro Health who have tried most of the services and said RMT is one of my favourites and it is great that they have counselling who has international experience and can understand both cultures... Now I am excited to try both.I hope the above comment will be helpful at least to one person and will get an answers for some of the questions. Recommend you to try it 100%!

He listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain his approach and the techniques he would use to address my issues. Throughout the session, he consistently checked in to ensure my comfort and to tailor the massage to my specific needs.As a result of Cyril's treatment, my aches and pains were significantly reduced, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Motion Pro is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Lisa for massages, she is professional, a fantastic RMT and is a great person to have a chat with. You are in great hands for acupuncture as well, Charity is always very sweet and kind and does a great job of explaining the practice.

Gone to motion pro for the last two weekends. Did massage with Santiago and acupuncture with Charity. Both excellent practitioners. Will be continuing as a regular. The receptionist Sammy was also very helpful and friendly. Music choice for the two times were also great ambiance (90s-2000s hits and classical music).

Motion Pro is hands down the best place to go for all your acupuncture and physiotherapy needs! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are beyond friendly - they make you feel like you're part of the family. The real stars of the show, however, are the amazing therapists like Charity and Reem, who have an incredible ability to identify and treat problem areas without any guidance from you. After just eight sessions with Charity, my knots were completely gone and I felt like a brand new person! And as for Reem's physiotherapy treatments, they worked wonders on the injuries I sustained from a car accident. Thanks to her expert care, I've been doing much better and am now able to get back to my favorite activities like soccer and working out. Don't wait any longer to book your appointment at Motion Pro - you won't regret it!

Went in for a last minute appointment for a back spasm, I lucked out and was able to get in and left feeling 100x better than when I walked in. Already referred my wife and a few friends, highly recommend this clean, professional, welcoming clinic to anyone!!!!!

I have seen Cyril (non-registered RMT), twice now. First time he treated me on my legs and second time he treated me was on my arms and wrist.Cyril is very friendly and knowledgeable. He really took his time to understand where my pain/uncomfort is coming from and sourced out to other possibilities around the affected area that it could've came from. He was able to relief my hip pain and wrist pain as well as giving me some home stretches and exercise.Bonus for people who don't have benefits/insurance ! He does charge slightly cheaper than the registered RMT.Thanks Cyril and Motion Pro Health !
