On the way to URVH today I heard a loud thumping sound coming from the rear drivers side ... I was about 3 miles from the hospital so I slowly limped along in the break-down lane to the hospital ... after letting out my passenger at the hospital I proceeded to RL Lawrence's garage. After explaining my situation Robert had the mechanic take my suv in the bay and 10 minutes later he returned...my wheel was loose and about to FALL OFF... so I was fixed up ..and I asked what I owed.... he said no charge .. have a great day. Well he very well could have said sorry we're busy...and if pulled away and wheel fell off it could have killed someone. Kudos to RL Lawrence garage

First of all, I stopped coming here a year ago. I use to come here for my repairs for two years or more. They were cheap.They are cheap for a reason. Over the years I noticed that they would write down the wrong side of the part I needed, usually ball joints. I'm a person with a disability which affects my working memory so I rely on those papers to know what to order. So I pay twice for the repairs and the parts. At first, I thought it was my fault because of my disability but it was every order. The last straw for me was when they said I needed a part but my father-in-law took my car to be inspected that month, I forgot of course. His mechanic told him the part on the car does not need replacing. I never replaced it and it's still working. Oh he also told me my control arm was the original one. I'm sure I replaced it twice. Anyway, I have not needed to replace the ball joint since going there. It felt like every 6 months I was replacing that thing. Every month I was replacing parts.The company may be taking advantage of a lot people. I share my story so you know to seek a second opinion. Buyer beware.

Needed a vehicle looked at same day and it was pretty urgent. Spoke to a man who said he was booked all day but would squeeze me in. Got me looked after and on my way. Great job guys and thanks for the help!

There is nothing good that i can say about this place i would avoid.
