Winsold 3D Photography

Did all my business with them for so long, apparently Jessica is the manager of this company, they cancelled my appointment because of a long distance fee that was never priced that high compared to all my previous invoices. Terrible customer service, really disappointed.

Our agent used Winsold to photograph our property for sale. Steven Han, the photographer assigned with this project, was extremely professional and talented. He showed up on time, and followed our preference for more factual and muted-tone photography to capture our space. He was respectful and efficient throughout the entire job. We couldn't be happier with how he captured our style. Not a surprise our property was sold quickly over asking price. Professional real estate photography by Winsold is so much more important for people selling a property during the pandemic. Prospective buyers would need to fall in love with the place virtually" first before making the move to see it."

Winsold is the definition of professionalism, creativity and courtesy. The photographers and the staff are amazing and they’re never late and on time. They are also extremely flexible with short notice. Five stars all round and thank you for everything.

if i could give 0 star then i would definitely give out zero. terrible company and horrible quality . they cheat and give screen shot out of 3D photo as still photo. we called them and they admit to that and they argue that screenshot photos are much better than professional still photo! we only use them as our co-listing agent told us to but now we know why only cheap realtors pick this company! cheap in price and cheap in quality and it only hurts the realtor reputation! DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THEM.

Horrible communication. I asked how long the sessions are. Admin could not answer. So I booked a session anyway, because I heard very positive things. Tried to communicate with photographer and He said if everything ready it will take about 90 minutes." Great! " What do I need to have ready for you?" Could not understand the question.If you speak only English

Charged me 320 for dron and walk through...due to weather they could not do drone and offered me 30 dollar 10 percent discount for doing half of the job and they stuck by their decision and were relactant to do it again if they were to do it again wanted to charge additional 180 dollars which they were not able to explain why so much more for not getting the job done

I just want to say Brian Hu did an amazing job.Winsold is amazing and provides prestine service.  Thank you I will use you guys forever.  Photos are very HD and well composed. Amazing 3d matterport camera quality. Fast turnaround.
