Not much left here besides natural cleaning products but they're not marked down that much. Service was really friendly

The stores are closing so we thought we would see what the sales were like. We were there on Mar 21st.The store (Langley) was starting to empty out. Everything seemed to be 25% off - which isn't a huge discount. In fact, it just brought the prices down to a more reasonable level. (I love the store but I would never call it inexpensive.)

I have shopped almost every single Bed Bath & Beyond in the Lower Mainland looking for a specific item and I have to say the Langley location is without a doubt best that there is. They have the best selection the best layout the cleanest store and the staff is absolutely unbelievable. They are right there to help you without suffocating you. They're very informative they know their job inside out. I would highly recommend anybody go out of their way to shop at the Langley location of Bed Bath & Beyond.... best best best service ever.And I have to say a huge thank you to Anmol for her kindness and patience in dealing with me for so long today and making sure that I got everything that I wanted and in making sure that I knew exactly how to use everything and how to look up anything online that I was going to need in the future.

A wonderful place to shop! We registered here for our wedding and our guests remarked at how simple it is. Following the wedding we were able to cash in gift cards, return some gift items and use a store registry coupon for 20% off of registry items! Erin at the till helped us out with it and did a wonderful job. We love many of the items we've gotten from here, with highlights being the Scrub Mommy and our bedsheets!

'Last 7 days left' said the SALE sign on the entrance of the store. Looks like it's going out of business. Always thought this place had better stuff for the discerning customers. If you want run-of-the-mill flatware, you can come to Walmart. Otherwise you go to Bed Bath and Beyond. I can imagine how this place lost the customers in time of this economic uncertainty. No one is spending $100 on shower curtains!

Have a lot of odd selection and items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They always have coupons available. Something for everyone!!!

A great store for small appliances and an alternative to other local stores that do not carry certain items. Found a big change from the last visit. The TV's mounted in many aisles, that turn on while walking by. So now this store has a pitch man" in every aisle becoming an "as seen on TV" store for sure and actually

I had the worst experience at Bed Bath & Beyond Langley! I was buying a pack of hangers while there was a sign saying they’re offering 25% discount on non-slip hangers. However, when I was at the checkout, they said this item is not included the discount! I asked to see a manager and she also said the same thing even though, they had the same item on the website for 25% off! And they didn’t offer me the discount! Even 1 start is too much for them!

Ordered a set of cookware online which said they had two left in stock and before hitting check out it said that it would be ready in one hour. After paying for the item it then says the item will be ready two hours later. About 90 minutes from ordering the item I arrived at the store and they were completely bewildered and had no idea how to help me with retrieving this item. Both staff members I dealt with weren’t great to deal with. After telling me to wait an additional 15 minutes 1/ third staff member comes out and informed me that they do not have the item that I ordered and it is now cancelled. Complete waste of time
