Positive interaction. My husband and son have been here to the barber and have gotten great fades and cuts. One of the best places for fades.

Absolutely horrible experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. My girlfriend went in to have braids done on her hair. Weeks in advance she called and asked for a price, over the phone she was told it would be $250. After deciding to do it she called back again to confirm and book an appointment. At that time, we were told that a $100 non-refundable deposit would need to be placed. We made the deposit using Interac e-transfer. After her hair was done the hairstylist came up with the amount of $540. It is unbelievably horrible business practice to not provide ANY pricing transparency and in fact just lying about the price of the service. I will be looking to contact the business owner in the following days about the incident.

Got my hair coloured here after previously having a bad experience elsewhere, at Mou Jam I had a 10/10 experience. Communication was constant throughout the process which gave me piece of mind. The colour was EXACTLY what I wanted!! Highly recommend

This was my first time being a client at Mou Jam. from the first call with Neil then in person meeting Moreen and being in the chair with Shianne i was completely welcomed. Mr. Neil gave me a fantastic cut. Would recommend to anyone lookin for a fade. Hardworking, respectful gentleman with a great shop that has a section for cuts/styling, as well as an assortment of products for curly hair types. Gonna try getting my twists done here when it grows longer. 5/5

I brought my son to get last minute braids for his grad dinner and dance. The lovely woman (I have forgotten her name I'm sorry) did such an awesome job! She was incredibly pleasant and kind. She was fantastic! It was so last minute I was shocked that they found a way to fit him in. Honestly a great spot. I'm so thankful I found this place. It's hard to find small businesses that have such honest and kind people. I am part of small family owned business too and supporting these kinds of places is my absolute pleasure. Gurl, u did a fantastic thing for my boy I appreciate ur effort and expertise! U have gained a lil family of clients for life! Thank you so much for doing that on such short notice. I can't thank you enough.
