Very reliable and friendly service. Showed up on time at 5am in a van as requested. 6 of us to Jamaica fit comfortably. The flat rates to/from YYC airport were ver reasonable.

Airdrie Taxi Diamond Cabs
Booked a taxi online to take my family to the airport and received emailed confirmation the day before. After the taxi was five minutes late I called to see where it was. They said that a cab was ordered to my address but it still hadn't been sent. They said they would send one. After waiting 20 additional minutes it finally showed up. If you need a cab to show up at a certain time, pick a different cab company.

I was passed on the highway 13 minutes ago by driver #05. I was in the fast lane on Deerfoot behind the cab driver and he shot out on the shoulder and passed people, spraying rocks and shattering my windshield! Absolutely horrible company if they’re hiring drivers like this, my family and friends will no longer use them.

9:10pm February 21, 2023, called to schedule a taxi to the airport for a pick up at 9:30pm. 15 minutes later they called to confirm the taxi would arrive on time as requested. At 9:38pm, 8 minutes after the requested pick up time of 9:30pm, they called to advise the driver wasn’t coming because of poor weather.Road conditions, winter bare, wind, none, snow, none, visibility, greater than 20km (could see downtown Calgary lights from the property). Called another taxi company and they arrived in 10 minutes and got me to the airport on time no thanks to Diamond Cabs. Zero reliability.

He have no manners to talk to customers and the way he drive the car was reckless and risky.he picked me up around 8pm.i wish i could remember the name of the person but his taxi was dodge journey.

I phoned to arrange an airport shuttle. Checked my reservation twice. To send our large family a van. They sent a car, even though the reservation said VAN. Then sent another car and charged me twice! Not happy service.
