Great place to get glasses. I dealt with Jordan and Denise. Their customer service is exceptional, very friendly and professional. I have recommended Optical Factory to some friends and they were very pleased with the friendly service. Five stars all around.

A warning to the new customers, their office manager (Jordan )will tell you to take your business somewhere else if they make a mistake and you complain about it, 3 times they measure my bio focal lining on my glasses incorrectly and when I complain to the office manager ( Jordan) instead of apologizing, he told me to take my business somewhere else, I will not recommend this location to anyone and I will tell all my friends and colleagues and family about it, below the office manager Jorden replied, as you can see he admitted that they sent my glasses back in forth 3 times now who’s fault is that? They made the lining incorrect and they don’t think about that I had to visit them 3 times to find out they got it wrong again, you can see from his reply that how professional he is, no apologies for inconvenience no apology the way they delta with their customer on the top of that he’s calling me ( a difficult customer) am I ????

When I phoned the receptionist is rude and they didn't call me back when I asked about when the glasses will be ready...been waiting almost a month now for the glasses...never had service like this before for my kids when I went elsewhere... the reviews seemed so good. But the service actually isn't great at all.

This place is fantastic!!!!! The deals are awesome and the staff are unbelievably helpful and kind. Between my girlfriend and myself we ended up with 6 pairs of glasses because the selection was unreal and everyone was so lovely. Could not recommend them more highly!!

Wow, all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My glasses came back in less time than expected. You are welcome anytime you need help, cleaning and adjusting. You don’t leave their store until you are happy with your product. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs new glasses. Thank you all so much for making this purchase

I have obtained multiple sets of lenses, and two pairs of frames from these folks, and have been pleased each time. The most recent, there was a miscommunication on my side and they still accommodated me and got me my new lenses quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated.
