After hearing from others how great Kylie at Foundations was as a Massage Therapist, I finally made it to see her today. She is nothing short of excellent, informative, and explains what the issue and what the treatment is going to be in detail. I went there with a sore neck, and other issues from knee surgeries, an old separated shoulder issue affecting my left trap, plus minor lower lumbar. I left feeling much better, and Kylie gave me some stretching exercises to prevent tightening of these sore spots. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Will be recommending her to all family, friends and customers in need of Massage Therapy.

Just had my first massage with Jessica Atkinson at Foundations and it was exactly what I needed. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was sure to ask how I was doing. I didn`t realise how badly I needed a massage until it was done. I feel amazing! I highly recommend Jessica for all your massage needs :) I`ll be back!

The massages themselves have been great, however the clinic and customer service provided from employees has been poor. First massage, the RMT had to reset her password in order to process my extended benefits so she took down my card info and sent me the receipt after - this was fine, but leads into my second experience there when I didn’t bring my benefits card thinking the previous girl had left it on file. Megan was confrontational from the get go accusing me of putting it into their system wrong, when it was actually her co worker who somehow wrote the numbers down wrong after she processed my claim fine? If it wasn’t for the amount of pain I was in I would have walked out just based on my first impression of her. Third massage now and their internet was down when I was leaving, so again, RMT Anita wrote my benefits card info down and told me she would process it when the internet was back up and running, she also said she would contact me if there were any issues. She did not contact me and just billed my CC for the full amount instead of processing my claim, without any explanation.

After searching long and tirelessly for help, because we are always told to reach out but therapists are people with issues too and they can make things worse if they are unskilled or have their own core problems, I was relieved to finally find Kate Roach and Donna Leemburg. They have helped to start the healing process of my mind and body. Their compassionate and gentle approach has supported me in a very dark time and their wisdom and experience have validated my journey. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for solid help when life's path becomes challenging.

So far so good. Lovely, and clean on the inside. Beautiful art. It's calm and peaceful. The treatments available are quite natural, and good for searching deeper within ourselves for the resources to cope.I'd definitely go back for a massage treatment.I went for the Craniosacral therapy. It was enlightening, and helpful.

Wow, this school is fantastic. They did 10 hours of assistant training with a brand new employee. Totally worth the money. Made a huge difference in her confidence and skills. She had no training previously... didn't even style her own hair. And within a month she is applying colours accurately and in a timely manner. Rremoving colours.. none left on nape or behind the ears. Booking appointments and getting compliments on her shampoos. Thank you so much for opening up the class so quickly too.

I am so happy to have found Jessica D for treatment of my neck pain. She is patient, strong, and seems to intuitively know what needs to be worked on. Thank you for giving me back some range of motion!
