Went in today because my son was ill. Not a single person was waiting in the room. They took me in right away, 11:30ish am. About 10 minutes later, the admin person came in and said the Doctor could not see you until 1:5 hours later because he had another appointment and was going for lunch after? Wow. Disappointing as I had to take my son to another clinic, which was very busy, but in the end, they took him in right away.

The administration team here are very professional, educative, and informative regarding medication and travel related medication. They helped me understand all that I need for my travels based on specified places and also how to take the medication. They really are great for a clinic and a walk-in clinic. Highly recommend if you do not have a family doctor or if you need a quick consultation for your travel plans.

Dr Chan is an awesome doctor. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and precise. He cares for his patients and takes the time to explain matters clearly. I am pleased to have had him as my family physician for over 10 years.His receptionists are kind, polite, supportive, helpful, and do an outstanding job.

the worst clinic and doctors office i have ever had the displeasure of going to. DO NOT get a family doctor here. your appointment is not separated from the people that are attending the walk-in, and they will be prioritized before you even if you have made an appointment a month in advance. i have waited 4+ hours in this facility to see a doctor i had booked an appointment for in advance, before covid even started.doctors are overworked due to having to work in the walk-in clinic AND their family practices, and therefore do not have the time to hear problems or give proper solutions. their job is to spend 3 minutes with you to diagnose and give a prescription, and that is all.if you value your health, this clinic is not the place for you. i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Doctor answered all my questions without hesitation. The nurse was gentle when giving vaccines. Very friendly. My only complaint is it took roughly 30 minutes before the doctor or nurse saw me from when my appointment was to start.

Excellent travel clinic service. We've been going there for many years now. Dr. Bhardwaj is very thorough and knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything and an all round nice fellow. Highly recommended.

Kind receptionists, and the doctor is very attentive when I was explaining my concerns. He didn't try to rush me.

Today I went to this clinic to get the flu shot. The receptionist insisted me to wear face mask, I didn't have one so I asked her to provide me a mask and I would wear it, but she told me to purchase it from the grocery store outside the clinic.Luckily, my family was arrived soon and had masks with them so I could get into the clinic again. My wife asked the front desk what just happened, then the other receptionist said they could offer a face mask for $1.We didn't want to waste out time to talk about that anymore, so we sit down to wait for the doctor. After a while, another patient walked in with no face mask. The original receptionist, who asked me to put on a face mask, served the patient without even mentioning the face mask requirement!After the patient sit down, we went to the front desk to remind the receptionists there was a patient not wearing a mask. You know what they said? Instead of asking the patient to put on a mask, they told us to sit farther away from the patient!I don't want to call the receptionists racist, but we definitely offended by their unequal treatment.This kind of behaviour and attitude must stop! If you have a rule, you enforce the rule to everyone.Treat everybody equally!

This is now long overdue but wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Chan and his team in the administration office for the kindness and care that they attend every call. Dr.Chan is attentive and inquisitive, asks questions and doesn't leave a stone unturned to ensure right diagnosis. We feel very well taken care of him and his admin office specially with the health scare I've had recently. Thank you for keeping the doors and phone lines open during covid, thank you for the specialist referral and helping me to still be around my loved ones, for taking my appointment within one day notice and calling me back when I missed your call. Many happy returns to you all for all the good you do around you.

This place closes at 9pm per their website. Went there at 5:30 in the afternoon. There was 1 person waiting in the waiting room. The reception told me that they were not seeing any more patients for the day because they were at capacity". Naturally I asked how they could be at capacity when the waiting room was almost empty. The reply: Walk ins need to book a timeslot. Same story I heard from 2 other "walk in" clinics in Newmarket on the same day. This clinic calls itself a walk in but they don't take walk ins. No wonder the emergency rooms are jammed up with minor problems"
