I've visited numerous dealerships in Edmonton, but unfortunately, all of them seemed to be focused on deceiving and manipulating me. However, if you're looking for a genuinely profitable car deal, I highly recommend going to this particular place, and I must mention Raj, the best seller I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I sold him my brand-new 2022 car, and he provided me with incredible assistance beyond my imagination for my beautiful new Altima 2023.

Service department Nicole and mechanic Thon are very beautiful people who not only provide the best customer service and also very very knowledgeable about the job they do. I love all staff there. Recently brought my car in for some work was dealing with Nicole up front she was great super friendly a pleasure to deal with. My car was there for a couple days she keep me updated on the progress everyday and even managed to save me a few bucks. Nicole was great.

I am very pleased to say I had a lovely experience at Ericksen Nissan. I came in for a throttle body relearn for my Altima, the girls at reception were very kind and friendly. I really appreciated the detailed video of my vehicle from the technician, showing all the concerns and issues found with it. My shuttle driver was an excellent driver and I had a great chat with him on the way back to the dealership. 10/10, will come back. The service was so great, I wrote my first google review.

I can't speak of any experience of buying a vehicle there. This review is for the service department. A week before Christmas my wife's Murano was having major issues, it would stop and display a message AWD temp high. After some time she could drive again and the same thing would happen.We took the Murano to the service department where they provided a diagnosis of a bad transfer case and new ECU ( computer ) between 7000 to 8000.Decided it was best to take it for a second opinion at a specialized transmission shop. They found the rear axle was badly damaged and was causing too much drag and heating up the transfer case. My bill went from thousands to only a few hundred. See video below sent by the mechanic.Very frustrating that they missed such a simple diagnosisI called back Nissan and spoke to the service manager where he told me his guys don't make mistakes and I could bring it in so they can have another lookCouldn't even refund me the money I paid for the inspection. Badly diagnosed to make money they are losing.

My mom, Elena, bought a car yesterday from Ericksen Nissan and we had the loveliest experience. Staff was super friendly, patient, and fun to do business with. Such a family-friendly environment. Raj Shah was wonderful; very thorough at explaining everything to my mom about the car. We will definitely be coming back in the future

The service department here is terrible.After explaining an issue with my vehicle to them twice on the phone, they booked me in for service, just to tell me a few hours after I dropped off the vehicle that they couldn’t fix the issue. I called another dealership to see if they could address the issue, and they immediately told me on the phone they couldn’t.Eriksen then charged me an hour for labor, despite not providing me any service, and wasting my time with an issue that they knew before-hand was something they couldn’t deal with.I have had poor experiences with them in the past, and wanted to give them one more chance.I will never go here again for service, and I *highly* recommend you don’t either.
