Not really surprised with the negative reviews. The store name is also a misnomer. I politely requested to see their stamps available, and was told we don't do stamps".May be better to rename the store to "Bay Coins" then

Most of the reviews are from people who want to sell coin/bullion, and given that coin dealers need to make a profit, lowballing a would-be seller is par for the course. As someone who *buys* regularly from this coin dealer, I can honestly say that once he gets to know you he is attentive, his prices are good (often below book value, which is one reason why I keep heading back) and may have a story or two for an interesting piece, especially if originally came from his own collection. There are few places like his that are open downtown, and whenever I am in the area I drop by to see what he has acquired since my last visit.

I have been going to this store since my college days. Both the owner and his colleague are very approachable and professional, and they have some interesting banknotes and coins for sale, some of which I have bought years ago and still in my collection today. Great dealing with these two.

Sold some coins to them at the end of 2021 when most other places were closed. Paid me a very fair price. Will definitely be my first place to shop when I am ready to buy again!

I love this place so much! I’ve been collecting for 15 years and this place has some of the best prices I’ve ever seen. The 2 guys who work here are very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve already bought tons of coins from here and I actually plan on going back later today after I write this review. I discovered it a few weeks ago and I’ve been drawn to it ever since!

A nice store right in the middle of downtown. I'm a long time customer, the staff are always nice and knowledgeable. Ask if you don't see what you're looking for, they have a large coin collection, international paper currency, stamps, among other things.

When you enter the store, you'll see the same regular friendly faces who recognize you. Extremely knowledgeable staff that can answer all your inquiries about currency and stamps. James will even talk about his passion of collecting bank notes and share tips on how to get started! Great exchange rates to top it all off.

I once brought a silver coin in to this place to ask if they want to buy. Then the owner of this store was keep implying my coin is fake！I almost trust this guy but recently it has been proved this coin is real by three coin dealers in an International level coin show！I am planning to send my coin to NGC for grading as the last proof. No wonder why this seller never shows up in any coin shows.

Found my old coin collection from my childhood and reignited my passion for collecting. Needed some sleeves to protect some old bills I have, and came to this shop. The gentleman who was at the counter was wonderful. He helped me pick out the right sleeves I needed and threw in some extra. I will be back!
