Honestly decent location but last visit they messed up a extra large vanilla milkshake we ordered.It came out mostly liquid. Decided to go back within 5 mins from leaving. The supposed manager decided that it had been over 20 mins since we left, that we drank too much and that he would not replace it with a proper vanilla milkshake. instead offered a medium which ended up being much less then what was remaining and kept refusing to redo the order claiming its been 20 mins . Not until i mentioned that it would cost him a recurring customer for an 8$ drink that he redid it properly. He then hot extremely defensive and went on to blame the owner for not allowing orders to be redone properly . Even going as far as giving attitude when i told him not to take it personal saying you got your drink with an attitude. So either the manager was lying or the owner has bad practices .

Not sure why you set your delivery to close so early in the summer. At 653pm it says you’re closing on a beautiful summer day. Not really good for your type of business.Also everytime I go, you’re out of everything- there’s really no point in going here.

Would probably get more business if you stayed open longer and stopped locking the door at 6pm. Not everyone enjoys the long drive through line up.Otherwise great!

Very clean and brightly lit ice-cream shop with the standard varieties of soft, creamy treats. Good variety of ice-cream cakes as well. Student staff are courteous and competent.

Enjoyed a delicious Strawberry Frappe with family. The place is clean, well maintained and the owner was upfront, in the trench, taking and filling orders with a smile and conversation. We'll be back...all 7 of us.

Wow .... we were so not impressed and actually served by the manager. It seemed like we were disturbing him. He got the order wrong and it seemed like no big of a deal. DQ Vaudreuil is so much better. Update May 12th we tried again yesterday and got the same guy and it seems again that we disturb him. Maybe he should try another type of job! Lol
