It was such an amazing service and beautiful place with great people and very welcoming attitude and friendly, I would love to be back there again and highly recommend it to everyone!, God bless all of us.

There are several things I like about this church. The pastor gives good sermons; they sing great hymns accompanied by the piano, organ and strings; and the way most people dress for the worship. Besides the pastor and the music director dressed in suit and tie, most men, including the young ones in the congregation do the same. Most of the ladies are also in their Sunday clothes. Very few come in T shirt and jeans. This is a rare phenomenon in today's churches. In short, this is a dynamic church, a singing church, a church where people come to worship Jesus as if they were coming to attend a royal banquet. I am most impressed!

A relatively large baptist church (two floors)! English service only! No band for worship! No PowerPoint presentation for the sermon!The pastor jumped back and forth for the message! Sometimes, hard to follow! :(People seemed friendly! For example, they would share their own paper Bible for reading the passages with you!Yet, I felt like an outsider (as I wore jeans) when I visited this church on a rainy day for the first time! People were all in nice suits / dresses and shoes!!! (Please pay attention to the dress code if you plan to come here!) Perhaps, coming from Silicon Valley and my casual but people-oriented home church, I am not used to this style! >_<

Friendly church with energetic — yet conservative — music and good biblical teaching and preaching. I make sure to attend every time I’m in Vancouver.

Some of the most amazing beautiful people I have ever met I couldn't have asked for a better experience being welcomed into my new community by them recently was one of the best experiences I was next door at the 7-Eleven having car problems putting my hood up the pasture and his wife assisted me and even later came up to me and offered for me to come to their Church that day I found out I was truly blessed. If you're looking for something in your life and you're lost I truly believe these people can help you find it in the word. they are truly godly please support them and follow them the pasture is amazing the church family is amazing please everyone support comment share God bless you all kindest Regards . Pastor Connor gives a great sermon.Everyone is very friendly.

If you are in the Greater Vancouver area, you need to visit Greater Vancouver Baptist Church. Pastor Conner is an incredible Man of God who loves God, loves his family, loves his church and loves the country of Canada. You will be greatly encouraged and motivated by his preaching. The people of GVBC are very friendly and have a welcoming spirit. I strongly recommend visiting Greater Vancouver Baptist Church if you live in the area or if you are visiting the area.

Greater Vancouver Baptist Church is comprised of a large and welcoming body of people in its community. Deeply committed to the local community of the lower mainland and active in reaching the population for Jesus. With a morning and evening service on Sundays and an evening service as well as discipleship programs on Wednesdays. GVBC has an excellent teen group/program called Youthopolis for all teenagers in their high school years, comprising of Sunday morning classes, events, and times of fellowship amongst the teenagers. GVBC has committed members in their ministries, taking care of infants in their nursery, teaching children of the Lord's Word in their Sunday School Programs, and GVBC has a Christian School Program as well. My experience at Greater Vancouver Baptist Church has never been awry. The preaching, the people, and the convenience of location is all the more reason I would recommend visiting this Church to anyone curious of learning about Lord Jesus and His word written in the Holy Bible, converting to Baptist beliefs, looking for a large and welcoming church, or even just looking of a way to spend their time on Sundays.
