Steve and the team offer a wonderful service.Friendly professional and great to deal with.We’ve had our whole house carpeted with them.Always a super experience from start to finish. They are very accommodating and Brad and the chaps that fit the carpet are super professional.I would not go to anyone else for my carpets. Amazing service from Steve and staff at Carpetmaster! Needed affordable options for carpet and vinyl and their selection was great, very happy with what I chose and it looks lovely in my new flat :) Also I wanted to have it fitted rather quickly and Steve was great at finding a slot to fit me in, even earlier than initially booked for which was a massive help! Everything is fitted beautifully, great price for all the work and fittings and I'm very pleased to have had such a great experience and supported this smaller business! Highly recommend and thank you all for such a great job! x

My landing carpet needed to be replaced quickly because of a stain I couldn’t remove. Steve gave me a quote within days and the carpet was fitted a few days after that! We are so happy with the new carpet and the service was fantastic. The carpet fitters were polite, efficient and I couldn’t fault their work or the quality of the carpet. Very happy :)

Excellent customer service. Steve has done several carpets and flooring at our rental properties. Always found them more than accommodating, working around our tenant’s availability to fit the flooring.

Such a pleasure to deal with a local company who are so efficient and reliable. Steve gave us great advice in the shop regarding what carpet to choose and came round the day we moved in to measure up. The fitters were brilliant, came a day early plus worked late to get it all finished and did an amazing job. Great after sales too and fair prices. Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. From the initial visit to store everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! They managed to come and measure the space the same day and the quote was incredibly reasonable compared to others I’d got.Brad who came to fit the flooring did such a great job and obviously knew what he was doing at every part of the process. He went over and above to ensure every detail of the job was done to the highest standard.Brilliant local company and I will definitely be back!

Just want to say how pleased I am with my new stairs and landing carpet. I only waited a week to get it fitted. The fitters were very nice and friendly and did a brilliant job. I had a striped carpet and they matched it up lovely as stairs are in two parts. Thank you so much, very happy!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Extremely happy to supply as many samples as we wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the different options available to us. We had a hardwood flooring throughout downstairs and loads of carpets to choose from for the upstairs. Steve came round to double check our measurements and then kept in contact with us frequently to advise ordering and installation time frames. On the install day we had an estimated time of arrival for the two fitters who turned up promptly and were also fantastic. Very clean and tidy, courteous and polite at all times. The house was left spotless when they had finished. They were a credit to Steve, who called again once the job was finished to ensure we were happy. Couldn't ask for a better service and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.
