The purchasing process was efficient and the training was timely, professional and thorough. The product itself operates extremely well and provides invaluable feedback for our clientele; clients are often extremely impressed with its capabilities. It is our second unit, and our first, which is more than 5 years old has not had an issue or maintenance need yet. Quality through and through.
