I went to quilts over the weekend to check out duvet covers and pillow cases. I was met with Paulina and Veronica who provided me with exceptional customer service. They walked me through my entire purchase from picking to paying and really helped me find the right product for my room colouring. When I went home and put the bedding on my bed, I absolutely loved the one I picked out. Thank you for your help!

Pushy/unfriendly staff along with very high prices. The only reason I'm not giving this place one star is because the sheets I bought are of high quality.

Very nice variety of Beeding Products. Good quality and affordable prices!!.The atmosphere is very organized with friendly customer service experts ready to assist, where customers may learn about alternative natural materiales more than traditional cotton.I pampered my self with some nice Duvets, Coverts and amaizing sheet sets in Bamboo, Tencel and Micromodal. I love the products!!

Another favorite of mine. Always great quality and selection. They have a sale in currently, 30% of selection items. Their products are costly so I'd 5qi3 advantage if you can.

I purchased the silk sleep mask last week! I love the product and the service was great! Veronica was the employee who helped me and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be shopping here again!

I almost exculisively buy my product from quilts. I bought some pillows that were hard as a rock, called in to ask if I could exchange them as they'd never even been taken out of the plastic. The associate told me yes not a problem. I went in the next day to do the exchange the manager, started arguing with me and refusing to do the exchange. she was very argumentative and rude. I asked for the number for head office. rather then providing that to me she gave me a Vancouver number to a glasses store. she promised she'd follow up with me after speaking to her manager she did not do so , I had to call in. would not recommend SOUTH CENTRE , they have lost my business . I am very disappointed in them. all over a $50 pillow sale.

I walked into the QE HOME store in the Southcente Mall, Calgary to make a search out new items for our new bed. A very young girl helped me. I can't say she didn't provide me with the information, but I didn't like the way she talked to me at all. I noticed that she is arrogant and condescending with a high opinion. She acts like she is the owner of the company and knows everything that we ordinary buyers do not know. I no longer had the desire to buy anything from that store. From now on, I'm going to shop at other stores in the city.

Searching for bedding can be a trying experience, finding just the right colour and patterns. The staff here were very helpful, arrange for a store transfer when they didn't have as many curtain panels as I needed and essentially made it a painless experience. Thanks!

I love this place. I have a weakness for high quality bedding items. It started with throw blankets but I made the mistake of buying bamboo sheets and now I can't put the Canadian Tire sheets on my bed. This is high quality bedding for a great price. I feel like this is something you need to feel instore and can't buy online.

Great selection and friendly service. Wide range of prices- from great specials to high end bedding. This is my family's go to store.
