Good store, friendly and helpful staff, lots of coupons. Some things were out of stock

Found two of what I wanted, though I was only going to buy one. But 50% off, then at the register, another $10 discount for each item.Staff were friendly too.

I went to Mark's to purchase steel-toe boots for work. I had a voucher from work to put towards the cost of my boots. This voucher had specific requirements as to what kind of boot I could purchase for my job. Minimum cost $200 boot and 8 rise for the ankle.The Womans steel-toe boot section has a noticeably much smaller selection than the men's. I wear a size 6-6.5 womans boot. Unfortunately

Staff was friendly and it was a quick and easy in and out for what I needed. That's the best kind of shopping

Normally a good experience here but I couldn't try on a pair of shoes because they put a huge security tag in them that left no room for my foot. They refused to remove the tag so they lost a sale. I'm not buying shoes I can't try on.

Very poor management at southepoint. Till Staff are friendly but management refuse to help. North store far more superior for anything you need

We wanted a boot to in a specific size and colour. Ryley helped out. He found exactly what we were looking for in the north store and held it for us. Great service

Bought a pair of steel toed shoes back in October, they started falling apart so I was able to exchange them as it was a manufacturer defect. I got a new pair and this time they lasted a week and half and they started falling apart in the exact same spot. The one lady working claimed I was the one damaging the shoes and that it was not a manufacturer defect when it clearly was. Nonetheless she let me exchange them but unfortunately they had very limited sizing for female steel toed shoes ,I was unable to get another pair in my size. I ended up taking the damaged shoes home now I have to super glue them.I've never had a good experience at this marks. The ladies working are always rude and judgmental. The few times I've asked questions about products they look at me like I have three heads.I get it, I've worked retail and it can be stressful around the holidays but it's no excuse to treat customers poorly.

Helpful and friendly staff, prices are quite high for marginal quality imported goods.

Helpful staff that didn't know the answers to my questions but made sure to find them and helped with my purchase.
