Hello, I have been in Canada for a decade and never in my life have I seen such a lack of customer service, such a scam, and such a rude attitude from a shop in Canada!I had just recently purchased a dress for my daughter, it was $150 and it was definitely not worth it for such a cheap product, now you may ask why I bought it in the first place. Well since they are such scammers I was tricked, because in the store there was no fitting room and I was forced to make my daughter try it with her clothes on, so when I arrived home I asked my daughter to try the dress, my daughter instantly started complaining about how itchy (Cheap) the dress was on the inside. I then checked on the inside and never in my life have I seen such phenomenally low quality sewing and design!If you thought that the quality was the worst then you have not seen the so called “customer service”. When I called the store, a rude and impolite woman picked up the phone, so as I was trying to explain the situation of that horrible dress she cut me off and with an attitude said “The dress is not my problem, we don’t design the dresses, and our policy is no refunds and the exchange time limit is two days” so I explained that if the product is defective, they have to return it, it’s in the law, I even left the tag on so I can return it, I purchased the dress a week ago and they didn’t give the policy verbally or on the bill. Her reaction was the most rude and immature, she hung up on me! I felt scammed and disappointed, she took my money and hurt my feelings.I am writing this so no one feels what I felt and so no one trusts this store like I did, you can’t imagine the amount of regret I have for wasting my money and my time.

Very rude. Not nice customer service. this is not a spam. I went in this store and a have a friend with my she was going to buy for her grand kids who is coming soon. the lady at the store does not now about customer service at all. she called me copying her styles where they copy Dior, lv, gucie, and much more. I used to buy from them before. I stopped due to the unfriendly and mean service. How would I copy your styles and it is not even a brand and be logical your styles is on social media. very nice advice to you TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER NICELY OR OTHERWISE YOU WON'T HAVE ANY. I was their customer for two years. NOT A SPAM

Best kid's clothes in the city. I dislike shopping online and when walking down Erie St and stumbled upon this store, I automatically walked in and felt like my prayers were answered. Bought baby clothes and other gifts, everyone was happy.
