They have excellent customer service and provided me with the great price. I was using some other company from last 5 years for my house insurance and i went to JJB and the price was really cheaper with more coverage. I am really impressed. Also the representative was really nice and polite guy. He made me understand my policy. I highly recommend them for your insurance. I moved my car insurance also with them.

We had our house insurance, 3 vehicle insurance as well as daycare insurance with JJB insurance for approximately 6 years. On March 10 2021, we had a house fire. Ones it was renewel time for the house insurance, our insurance company didn't renew it since we were high risk.JJB insurance specifically Butta and Sarban were extremely rude. They didn't help us find other insurance companies, hanged up on us when we called. During this helpless times, without house and daycare insurances other insurance companies stepped up and looked for insurance and found it for us. When we requested any paperwork from them, they said that they're too busy and can't help us. I'm just so upset to be treated like this that we are doing an official complaint on them through the Ombudsman. JJB insurance only treats you very sweetly when it's beneficial for them, worst insurance, worst people working here and Sarban and Buta said that they're partners and own JJB insurance so we can do nothing about it.

Highly recommend this company. I went for home insurance and the price found for me was lower than my previous insurance. The representative, Kuldeep was very patient and helpful. Guided and explained all the things well to me. I was really happy and impressed. I usually don’t leave reviews but i had to write for them today because of my excellent experience with them.

Very polite staff! I had some issues with ICBC and the JJB team spent 2 hours following up to get it resolved. They were so patient and diligent in helping me resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

Be careful always check ur inssurence every year before u py themMy company liability inssurence for 3 million they were charging 1300 then I ask quote for 5 m which they told 2000then I told them to keep 2mFor 2M before paying them I just checked it was 2800 so be careful with them they can rip u as I was always giving them card before checking my prices very very very bad people unprofessionalI was with them from 9 years would not recommend these crooks
