Racist Store Manager!!!Their female store manager (with a sarcoma beside right ear) is the worst store manager I’ve ever seen in Canada. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I just can’t believe a store manager can be such a hater to Chinese communities. She didn’t say anything wrong but her attitude and face! She was acting like Chinese people own her 8 million dollars and trying to give everyone a hard time to show her power? I was just checking out with her, and how she treated us and other Asian customers ahead of us literally ruined my whole day! I saw same comments about her below, and I don’t understand why she is still here managing the store, is this Lululemon’s true brand value and company culture??? Wow…

I wanted to get a brand new gym outfit today and didn't really know what exactly I should be looking for. The associate Kyle was able to make the process a lot easier and enjoyable as well. Even though it was super busy, he was able to take the time to explain the product to me and his energy made the experience better. I ended up walking out with a couple of items and was very impressed with the service I received today. Excited to return again in the near future.

These 5 stars: Bubble. She was wonderful, compassionate, a good listener, and supportive. She is a patient person. She guided my family and I in making the greatest decisions and recommendations. She was very lovely and sincere.I'd heartily suggest seeing this location.

Was returning online order. The employee there showing the bad attitude and refuse to return my order cuz I can’t show them the same credit number. I explained to them because I used the Apple Pay and the system generated the different number. She asked me to show the apple wallet and I showed to her and she said it’s not that. Then manager came and ask me to show the purchase email and try to find the payment info. The payment info doesn’t not include the card number there. I don’t know why it is so hard to return my online order there. I had no issue to return my order in their others. They always give me a hard time with bad customer experiences.

The boy working here on Saturday Keran or Kirin wearing black boots and very tall with sweater who was helping me and my mother find out gift for my son, he .very patient and kind to us, make us feel very comfortable and was so good heart and smiling and gentle to us . helps us with ordering what we could not have in store to our home free shipping . Thank you Good store very big selection and sale for women. Everywhere Belt Bag in store I was suprised and good gifting choice

Clothing is great. Their computers weren't working with my gift cards so was frustrated with that. Had to leave without my clothing. But staff was super helpful and friendly.

My family came into the store looking to get a few things for each of us. Anton was very nice and such a great help to us. Amazing service, definitely returning to this location.
