This place has been around for a very long time. The location is great and I love that they are open Sundays. They carry a product line I've been using for a long time and it's always available and has the best price for it in town. When I have questions, they always know their products well and recommends the right products I need. Excellent range of professional products available to the general public. Perfect.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!I went there today but couldn't get in the store as it's not wheelchair accessible! I tried going up the small step but it was too high for my wheelchair to get over! In the process my foot got stuck between the step and my wheelchair.Two male employees just stood there in the store as I tried to free my trapped foot. They didn't come to the door and ask if I needed assistance. Ends up I broke my foot because no employee would help me!Never, ever will I shop there again!ACCESSIBLE IS THE LAW IN ONTARIO!RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

A bottle of label M caught my eye as i was walking by. As a salon owner who stocks label M, naturally I had to go in. Then I realized it was tbbs, whom i order from frequently - I'm from a small town lol the ladies working were very polite and the store was clean.

This place absolutely is not recommended. If you go there they rob you.they don’t have no return exchange and always. They have excuse for return. my dear friend. Please don’t go there. This business is fraud. The product they have is not the standard, that product is damage your skin or hair, please check with the Health Canada. or city of toronto health department.

I am grateful for the proximity of this store to Sick Kids Hospital. I needed cutting shears and a comb to assist my child in hair loss due to chemotherapy. Since it is the weekend the Child Life Staff are not available to assist. I called the store and they happily gave their hours to me. I was able to walk and grab shears and a comb with only being away from the bedside for 15 minutes. The lady in the store who is a hairstylist assisted me and provided guidance on how to cut her hair short. Thank you for being kind ❤️

I just went in today and the the staff took the time to explain the lightening process and my options.I didn't feel rushed and they let me know I could also call them during business hours if I had questions.This was very much appreciated as it's been years since I have lightened and coloured my hair.Selection and prices were good too. Highly recommended!
