I bought a device from them, after 6 months the device was stopped working, (I don't see any difference on my face yet).I contacted them for the 1 year warranty, they asked me to pay for the shipping to send me the new one . I refused to pay it. I already paid for the device, used for 6 months only. They asked me to pick up from Toronto, then I agreed, but they said sold out, will contact me when it's back. I waited for another month still haven't any news from them. Very bad after selling services. Not recommended this company.
