Spa Tru Clinics

Where do I even begin? I moved to BC last year, and happened to be given a gift certificate for Tru Spa. Not knowing anything about this spa, I chose the closest location (Maple Ridge), and began my laser hair removal process. My clinician happened to be Jessica. She was always prompt, friendly, welcoming and professional.Fast forward to today, I booked myself the signature massage/facial combo. OMGosh.... in all my years, and various spas across Ontario and Manitoba, this is the BEST SERVICE I've ever received. Jessica was beyond efficient and relaxing, she was absolutely AH-MAZING!!! I actually don't usually write reviews, but Jessica deserves a huge hats off" type of shout out!I also need to add

Go see TARA!!! I just booked with spa tru and had a great experience! All the lady’s were super nice and it was a great environment. Tara is very professional, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable . I had such a great experience that I have my family and friends setting up appointments. It’s definitely overwhelming trying to find the right salon and I did a lot of research. I felt like I made the right choice coming into this one.

Marise is fantastic! She is super knowledgeable about the products and made me feel relaxed during my facial. I highly recommend her! The spa was really clean and welcoming. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend Spa Tru to my friends and family.

Had the most wonderful massage and facial with Marise yesterday. Soothing, relaxing, and my skin feels amazing today. She checked in with me constantly to see how I was doing, which was appreciated. I'm definitely going back. Front desk staff person is sweet and professional.

I have visited SpaTRU for a few years first starting at their Langley location and now I go to their Maple Ridge location. I wanted to get my lips done but was a little nervous; lets be serious, we've all heard and seen botched jobs. Dr. Jones took the time to talk to me about the procedure, explained what it was going to feel like and the down time I would need to heal. At the last moment I chickened out. There was ZERO pressure. I continued to visit their office over the next couple of years for minor stuff, massages, a little Botox on my frown lines etc... I recently booked a visit to get my teeth whitened and once again booked my lips. Dr Jones once again took the time to talk to me. I said, ok, lets do it. It was so reassuring watching him get ready. He had his genre of music playing, he was singing to himself, totally felt like he was getting into his groove like an artist getting into the mind frame to create their masterpiece. The whole experience was not what I imagined; it was 1000x better. I am on day 1 post procedure. There is ZERO bruising which I equate to his steady hand and I am in LOVE ALREADY! He gave me exactly what I wanted. The most natural subtle plump. Ive read some previous reviews and after my experience I'm saddened to read anything negative. In regards to the owner, Mike, he's a straight shooter. He's gonna tell you like it is and doesn't mess around with the gushy stuff. Another lady wrote that he needed to work on his bed side manner but I appreciate his respectful bluntness. Im sorry but if Im about to alter the way my face looks, I don't want someone to tell me what I want to hear, I want a man to tell me the truth about what he thinks will look good or not! A million thanks SpaTRU staff, I will most definitely be back.

Saw Jessica for a facial, was very happy with my service and she was so gentle and answered all my questions! Will definitely be back to see her again!! Plus- she had super cute tattoos!

I got done a facial from here, and it burned my face. May face turned all flakey,and my face’s colour changed drastically. They didn’t provide me a refund or responded well to my concerns. I strongly suggest to stay away from this place!!

I get laser hair removal treatments with Marise, she is wonderful and the results are amazing! The ladies at the front desk Olivia and Deborah are always friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with their services and will be back in the future! :)

Nothing but good things to say about this place! The inside is really well decorated and everything is clean and organized.When I went in for a consultation, Tara explained everything to me in detail and answered every question I had. When I returned for the treatment she made me feel super safe and comfortable and is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Overall a great experience, very professional, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone!
