Brigitte at Greater Sudbury Property Management has been managing two rental properties for me for the past six months. I can’t say enough good things about the service she provides. She is very responsive to any concerns raised by the tenants and always keeps me informed of what is happening. The tenants have also told me how much they appreciate her quick responses and hard work. She has been excellent at dealing with contractors whenever repairs are required, and always provides estimates and photos of the work before and after. I get great peace of mind knowing she's looking after our properties. Highly recommended!

As a former Landlord (recently sold property) , I began looking in to property management companies for managing possible future property purchase. In hearing from some tenants of a property run by GSPM, I'm told tenants have to use a portal /email, of some sort, as a means to contact / report, issues/concerns and that their communications are often ignored and not addressed. If these tenant experiences are accurate and a property management company is not invested in the concerns of the tenants that make these properties home, then it is not a company I could work with.To Greater Sudbury Property Management,I have read your response to my review and that is correct, you have never managed a property for me.Recently, in speaking to someone who lives at one of your properties, regarding the concern that when family/care assistance arrived to assist in their most recentmedicalemergency, they couldn't access the parking spot assiigned to that apartment because someone was parked in it, again.This tenant expressed to me that they had requested, multiple times, through the portol they were told (via a notice) is the only way to issue concerns, that the issue with others using their parking spot be addressed.They stated that out of approximately a dozen concerns they have posted in this portal regarding parking and other issues, not one has been responded to.Every tenant deserves to be listened and replied to and someone already dealing with a disability/illness , every day, is often effected more significantly when that does not happen.

Had an issue with my tap in my kitchen for about a year of living at my residence. The new Maintenance guy Owen was able to fix the problem within an hour and was super nice and helpful. If you are in a building managed by GSPM don’t worry about any maintenance needs because they’ll be handled quick and efficiently

Poor customer service. Make you feel like you are getting a good deal then would bail on it. Happened to me twice with this place. They try to get the fee for application then kick you around saying all the unit you select are not available.Horrible! Don't treat your customers like this

I've found that GSPM team has been personable, helpful in many areas. They care about their clients and finding them a suitable home. Make sure they can check all your boxes of needs.The units I viewed were updated, clean, painted or in the process of being painted.Affordable, reliable, responsive and flexible.They found me a place within my budget, they were their to answer any question I had. And then some. They made time to go through the unit with me and were able to make any necessary addon chnages to ensure client satisfaction.I have had positive experience being a tenant and seek new living arrangements with the GSPM.I will be recommending them as they already came highly recommended to me by other landlord and services.

Our company does most of the electrical maintenance for Greater Sudbury Property Management. It has been nothing but a positive experience from the start. Absolute ridiculous services. After 2 big snow storms, no one came to plow for the apartment in copper Cliff, and as it's a multi-family I am not responsible to clear snow around the building.Full of excuses. I broke my BMW's side fenders this morning while I tried to move my car from that snow bank.Furthermore, if you try to tell your rights as a tenant you will be threatened with an eviction notice for one or another reason.When I called them they refused to do a snow plow. They said the snow plow is taking their time since winter started they didn't show up once.
