Recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. The sale was done by Chris Allen who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to buy any upgrades we didn’t want. Overall it was a painless and pleasant experience. Absolutely love the vehicle!

I had the most terrible experience when I dealt with Wayne toyota Service Department. They used to be good. But for some reason, they went downhill past couple of years.. last year, I went to wayne toyota, as I heard grinding noise from my rear drum while braking, specifically asking them to change my rear drums on my toyota corolla.. they inspected it and told me that they do not have the item in stock and they could do away with just swapping my rear drums. I agreed as they convinced me that It would solve the issue and charge me a pretty buck. Needless to say , it did not solve the issue and made the matter worse. I went again and raised the issue with the service department, and they said that they have the part in stock now and they are ready to change drums if needed and they were going to change the labour's on that too.. I am utterly disappointed by this action from wayne toyota .. I ended up selling my toyota and brought a subaru after a couple of months.. I have dealt with other toyota dealers in toronto and winnipeg. I felt that wayne toyota after sale service is not up to the mark due to the fact the value of the service they bring is not good and the unprofessional behavior of the staff..

I got my first car from here. They have excellent customer service. Always happy to help. Even the six months service I got was quick and perfect. They have a nice waiting area and refreshers available. They also provide a great shuttle service. Very helpful in making the best choice for you.

We had a great experience working with the staff at Wayne Toyota! Our salesperson Chris was so kind and accommodating, and made me feel so confident buying my first car (Corolla Hatchback). He made the buying process easy, and everything was in perfect order on pickup day. He even checked in to make sure we made it home safe! I would recommend Chris and all the staff at Wayne Toyota for all your car buying needs. We will absolutely be returning to Wayne Toyota for our next car!

Service is hands down the best. Sales people are amazing and service people take great care of you. Give you a quote and 9/10 times it’s bang on and that tenth time is off by almost nothing. Puts other dealerships to shame.
