They have a great selection of products, including the very high-quality Gellyfit polishes from Korea. They also carry BioSeaweed Gel and the other standard gel polish brands. The staff are friendly enough, I’m usually just there to browse and get my polishes and get out, so I don’t mind. There is one employee in particular that I always have a positive experience with - I believe her name is Amy?If you are not a registered aesthetician and just a retail customer, note that there is an additional surcharge. It still ends up being a good price compared to places like Sally Beauty though.

I opened these brushes yesterday, so I think it isn't normal to charge almost $30 per brush for this bad quality. Yesterday, I called to store right after this accident, and I even didn't get clear information about refund or how they will fix this problem. People don't really care about their reputation.

I was a very good customer of theirs, until this past Sunday. I had purchased a pair of cuticle nippers (within the past two weeks) had only used them a handful of times & the one side completely broke off. This happened while I was at a clients appointment.Took them back that same day and spoke the manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked me if I had my original receipt and I said no. However you will have my invoice in the computer. I was told no not good enough! I pushed back and said all my invoices just emailed to me and sometimes I just pay cash.It was then she pulled up my company name and located my invoice, for this purchase. I did get my replacement nippers, but you don’t your regular customers like garbage! There are so many different beauty suppliers, who are happy to sell their customers.In addition, they are usually out of stock on many different Spa items and this happens on an ongoing basis. Very disappointing experience and I personally won’t be returning.There’s a huge warehouse full of beauty supplies, just down the street from them, with better prices too.

I loved this place. It has most of the products that you need if you are a professional in the aesthetic/cosmetic industry. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I was impressed by it and I will come again soon.

The variety of things they got is great, but people working there are so rude. You can not ask for help, they got a new girl working for them(not asian) she is so nice, but feel sorry that she has to work with such people and to apologize for her boss ( owner).
