Very friendly and helpful staff!

They took care of about 1100 sq feet of new sub-floor and flooring in my home. They were very responsive to a small issue we had. I will have them back to do my basement floor in the near future. A+++

Three years ago this fall I had a flood in my house and a very large insurance claim The company that did the work deals with Floor Fashions. The person whom I had to deal with seemed very nice but was the worst person I've ever dealt with with respect to time management, remembering anything and follow up. I had 2 entire floors of my house replaced by them and there were 2 tiles in my laundry room that were defective. I have tried for 2 1/2 years to get them to fix them but he keeps forgetting" (his words) about my complaint. I am so disappointed that all that business doesn't matter enough to them to replace 2 measly tiles!!! I will NEVER recommend them. Hamilton's Flooring has just completed the top level of my house and the service is second to none!!!! Incidentally

Great service and it feels good to support the local economy. They completed hardwood and ceramic throughout my house and did a beautiful job!

I bought my ceramic tile for my bathroom from Floor Fashions. I went to a number of different businesses throughout the city and Floor Fashions offered a great product at the best price and had impeccable customer service. I would definitely recommend this local business!!

Terrible service. They showed up and refused to do the job because of pet smells, they said. Seemed to me they just didn't want to work that day. Their sales person who first came to my home knew I had dogs and he didn't say anything about smells. In addition, one of their crew was very insulting and nasty to me. This place is highly unprofessional! Use at your own risk!
