Terrible customer service. I walked in with my son to buy supplies. Was treated as my question was none of his business although in the in end was unanswered. Guess i should have shown up in my company uniform on and work vehicle, believe I would have got an once of respect.

Ignore the other reviews about poor service. No other HVAC place in Barrie has their selection, and their prices are better than Amazon.Great store, great selection, great prices, no account required. The customer service is not what you'd get at a Canadian Tire. The staff are preoccupied in the back, and don't offer to help. But that's what you should expect from a commercial supplier.These guys will sell to the public, and at close to wholesale prices. Ignore the other reviews about customer service. The staff are friendly, just busy busy busy keeping all the repair guys supplied across our city.Figure out what you need on your own before going. TML Supply will have it on their shelf for you to find. Don't waste the staff's time for a $20 part.
