Andrew and his team were easy to talk with and contact right from the get go. They were straightforward with their quote, transparent with changes to the quote, accommodating to all the on the go changes that we made, and very knowledgeable in their fields. As a person who appreciates fine details myself, Andrew always made us feel like he was working on his own home. We felt comfortable and confident having him work on our house, even when we had to be away. Even once the work was completed on our home, I had a few lingering questions that Andrew answered without delay or hesitation, a sign of someone who truly cares.I would honestly hire Q&L again for future projects and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others looking for quality home renovations in Sudbury.

Acting as a contractor for Lowes, Andrew was friendly, courteous and eager to please when he visited my home.He left his business card and said if I had any questions or whatever to call.Once I realized the plan I had would not work out, I called him to have him tackle a related but different project.He answered the phone when I called and once again was friendly and seemed interested in helping out. As it was Friday afternoon, he said he would call the following week once he knew his schedule and we could schedule a time for him to return.It has been 2 weeks and no follow up call or visit.He has ended up being like many other contractors in the city; unreliable and untruthful.

Working with Q&L Homes was such a fantastic experience. From day one, communication was clear and they were always ready to answer my questions and teach me more about my home in the process. They helped me accomplish my renovation as repair goals while staying within my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! The guys came every day, on time, and worked right through until the job was complete. Regular consultations occurred during the process and everyone was always very professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely hire them again!

I have hired Q&L homes for multiple projects and I couldn't be happier! They are always very friendly, polite, the job site was always clean and organized. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Electrical and drywall work. Paid them to remove and dispose of knob and tube wiring and replace it with up to date wiring.They cut the knob and tube and left everything hanging for me to remove. Plugs and switches that worked lights prior dont work now. There excuses was they never worked before and that code says they dont have to remove the knob and tube only cut it. If thats the case then dont charge people for removal and disposal if your not going to do it. Outdoor light unhooked and not replaced. Said they didnt want to damage the siding running the new wire. Well fix it like you did the drywall...da...Many more issues to many to mention. Im not saying not to use them but Im just saying that I will not be using or recommending them to anyone I know. Do your homework first.
