I recently visited my local Harvey's and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the friendly staff. The atmosphere was clean, inviting and had a comfortable seating area.I ordered a burger with all the toppings and a side of crispy fries. I was blown away by the taste and quality of the food. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty and fresh toppings that added the perfect balance of flavours. The fries were crispy and delicious, just as I had hoped for.What impressed me the most was the customer service. The staff were attentive and genuinely interested in making sure my meal was to my liking. They even offered to refill my drink without me having to ask, which was a nice touch.Overall, my experience at my local Harvey's was exceptional. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and a great experience. Service is always quick and kids enjoy choosing their toppings. The eating area is always clean and there is rarely a long line up to place an order. It's fun to eat outside on the picnic benches in the summer time.

Delicious Angus burgers, fries and poutine today. But what really got my heart racing was the commitment to reducing the environmental impact of their business model. Tree planting, compostable packaging and, says my husband, waterless urinals. Thanks, Harveys!

Worst experience! Ordered kids nuggets, was missing the fries, juice box and the activity. Veggie burger was stone cold, only had a slice of pickle and tomato, nothing else. The other burger was also cold, squished flat and supposed to have bacon, cheese, etc but only had condiments and hot peppers? For $52 I don’t understand how this happens, unacceptable. Won’t be coming backEdited to add, the manager did contact me and was accountable for the errors. I did receive a refund which was really nice and unexpected. Appreciate their making it right

My family orders burgers every week from this store. Nice and friendly staff, clean table and hallway. Food is always ready within one minute or two. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: In a world where service levels are declining, this Harvey’s location just seems to get better. This is honestly the best fast food restaurant in southern Ontario - maybe anywhere. The staff are simply the best and the restaurant is clean and always warm/welcoming. we love this places.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Always fast service and food is fresh. Burger (and veggie burger) always made perfectly to our liking. Love that they have multigrain buns for the veggie burger. We can never decide on onion rings or fries so thankfully there are frings on the menu! Always clean + friendly staff. Our fave Harvey’s location
