Angus Glen Library

Book, audio and video resources are broad; spacious inside; Many facilities around; simply love this library. I found there are lots of books of software learning here. Very convenient for me.

This library is very noisy most of the time. It is clean, very organized, very bright and have a very welcoming setting. Staffs are mostly friendly, helpful and happy to help when needed. YET, it is NOT QUIET at all and annoying sometimeskids and some teens are loud, kids are always yelling, running, fooling, laughing, fighting for books, computer games and silly things and their parents never discipline them. The staffs never do anything to improve or address this ongoing matters. This is a library, not a Day Care Center nor kids playground! There are other library users there to enjoy and share the services there. But the staffs, the supervisor, managers seem turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to these occasions. To me , it is Very disappointing and bothering that they never do any Voice/sound controls there to make this library a comfy and quiet place for all library goers but spoil these kids to make loud, annoying sounds all times in this premise. Their parents should hold accountable to these non-discipline children either. They are Not respecting the others and not doing parenting properly to have their kid to behave accordingly to the public. I always leave this library with NONE satisfactions. You want to Damage your ears? This library is the place could do the damages!

April 2022 4.5★Markham Public libraries are great for all ages with free sessions, books, magazines, games and videos for borrowing. Computers are also available for use.Located within the community center, this location also offers a maker space.Two floors. Elevator accessible. Parking available.

One of the noisiest libraries I've ever been. Staffs are nice but they have no respond to noisy kids and teens. I mean it's a library, show some respect.

Extremely noisy. Thought this was a library, not a kids play area. Librarians do nothing about the noise level. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO WORK DONE.

This library is lager | quieter than Unionville Library and some of the staffers such as the 2 black middle age ladies on 1st & 2nd front desk respectively are very warm & passionate with lovely greeting showing definitely professionalism in public sector. Some other staffers like 3 young (2 male & 1 female) Asian faces were cold without any emotion like puppets.Don't find a excuse saying a discrimination thing cause I am an Asian lady too.

A full service large modern library serving the community. Free surface parking.

Extreme pollution with ice rink located in the same building. Very difficult to breathe.

I like the library and I bought a house close to it just because I want to visit it whenever I want. The staffs are kind and facilities are improving every year. As pandemic restrictions are gradually lifted, I hope to attend more activities here!

A larger size library with books and media. I recently went on a rainy day, and there were several leaks coming in from the roof. Numerous garbage bins set up to catch the water. Shocking, the library doesn't seem that old.
