Benchmark Wellness Clinic
Had a 60 minute massage with Shannon and she was EXCELLENT. I went in for a massage to relax, and have my next one booked next week. She pinpointed areas where I hold my tension, and gave me an aggressive massage which, to be honest, I've never had before. The depth/pressure was perfect. Looking forward to the next one! The clinic was clean, bright, felt totally covid-safe. I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks to the team at benchmark!

Benchmark Wellness Clinic
Had lower back issues for years after pinching a nerve and decided to give Dr. Olja a shot at fixing it. I was taken back by how she took her time to assess the issue and figure out the best course of action. It took only a month to get me sorted out and sleeping like a baby without any discomfort.....finally!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely detailed. Plus she's stunning, which is a bonus. I can't thank her enough.

Benchmark Wellness Clinic
Had my first osteo appointment with Heba this week and it was great! She listened to my issues, asked a few more questions and showed genuine interest in getting to the root of my pain. Heba was very personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was able to help me feel a bit of relief right from the first visit and I’m looking forward to seeing her again.

I went for a 60 minutes massage therapy with Shannon Primmer. She asked me before my history and what I am expecting. She was very detailed and know her job pretty well. While planning for my next therapy visit, I will consider her first.

Doctor: Dr Shannon is a great massagist. I went for back pain and was treated very well with applying good pressure points on back, shoulder, neck. She is very detailed in her treatment and is soft spoken and friendly. Also gives recommendations on exercises to follow.Clinic: Clean ambience, soothing music.

This place was recommended to me by my friend. She suggested I go with Shannon P as she's the best and honestly that's so accurate! Shannon takes her time to give you exactly what you want out of your massage and leaves you feeling amazing! It's a bit of a challenge to get a slot on short notice so make sure you book well in advance.

I met Donna Smith a few years back.Her passion to heal is above and beyond.My body was a mess.She got me back to normal in only a few visits.This works and its learning to understand your body.What its trying to tell you.If you listen, go to Donna, you will get results.I moved put of the area but made the trip back as when you get results why change.Donna your an amazing soul.Glad to see you in your own space.

I have been seeing Heba for osteopathy for the past couple of months. She is amazing! Heba is very professional and explains what she's doing and why. She is so skilled at being able to identify pain points and put the right pressure in to alleviate tension and correct issues in my body. I can definitely feel improvements just in the past few sessions and would recommend anyone to book an appointment with Heba!
