Sharecost Rentals & Sale

Great start then got the lawn mower home and with instructions given did not function properly. Called and got new instructions to be sure I was doing things right. Brought it back and staff in back also had to figure things out and figured out how to make blade rotate and so got it working. Back home I went and did a small portion of lawn but it kept kicking out the blade clutch even at real slow speeds. I called and got A Lady client service person not with so smooth tongue and so followed her expert advice and eventually got it spinning for like 12 feet stop and start did this over and over. Grass is sporadically 7 or 8 inches long so usually with mine which is being repaired just lift up front of mower and get revs up again where as this one just stops rotating blade. Went back again and dropped it off gave up on it. I was promptly charged full rental which I can say is was unacceptable and so here I am...and please note I never complain to any company this is a first. Not impressed.

Sharecost has been amazing to us! Our company has used Sharecost for pretty much every service that they offer, and they have never let us down. Weather we are using their soils/gravels, Allan blocks, pavers, artificial terf or tool rentals, they have helped us immensely!

What a great experience. Came in yesterday right before closing to pick up an appliance dolly. I wasn't sure if it would fit in my car to return it the next day (picked it up with a truck) but John was adamant that we would figure something out so I wasn't going to have to pay the weekly rate. Got it in my car to return this morning and they only charged me for 4 hours. Big thanks to John and team for the awesome service! Will definitely be back!

We went to ShareCost for the first time today. The customer service was extremely accommodating. All staff were very kind and personable. Super organized and tidy grounds. Fantastic product too!!!! This business is a great model for others to follow. Thank you!!!!

They didn't have the rental in stock that I was looking for (Which was my own fault, not theirs) but the customer service was fantastic and they were very kind and even reccomended other places nearby with similar services. 10/10

Filled our new garden bed with growmix. Found shards of glass, tons of plastic, immense rocks, sticks. Will need to completely empty it and buy elsewhere.What a waste of time, and money.Do not get growmix soil for gardens from here.

This is about Customer Service and boy do they know how to deliver! John P? helped a friend and I choose gravel, bag it and put it in my Van. Right from the lovely lady at the counter to John P. they made our task of buying gravel a fun experience! Give the staff a raise. Got 2 yards of navvyjack delivered today while I was at work. They put itself exactly where I wanted it .I know its challengeing driveway.
