Not a good experience. Will shop online than to go to this store where the old lady in short hair and a young black male are very rude. They clearly are not suitable for customer service jobs

This store has only curtains for their change rooms. This is not safe as they can be pulled back by anyone. Do not use these unisex change rooms. Staff are nice but they do not always monitor that area also. Do not leave children/teens unattended.

Guys leave this store immediately!! My experience with staff who thinks herself as the owner of H&M had such a terrible attitude.Had to leave the store with my 240$ worth of  purchases.Never returning again! ZARA >>>> .The worst experience ever, please!Please improve your recruiting approaches andservice skills, HR!#STOP hm shopping.

Worst experience in my life. I was last costumer, due to cashier’s (or according to her she was manager) laziness she forced us to leave store and saying us they are going to call security to forcefully evacuate from the store for the things that I deserve as a customer. No rights for customer in store and dictatorship kind of behaviour to the person who pay to buy thier things. If you want informa than I can provide you. #give_some_respect
