They toss parcels at your front door and run! Don't ring door bell to alert the customer... In order to help prevent theft. I think amazon needs to use another service!I also keep getting mail addressed to someone else or my mail with note on it mailed to wrong address!These are decent paying union jobs. They should hire employees that are mentally, emotionally, intellectually and physically able to do the job!

Canada post is useless as always.

Always very rude at this location and don't like to answer questions. I don't send things often and I just want to make sure I do it right, have enough postage, know my options, etc. I get they're probably overworked but I work with the public too, and it is no excuse to take your frustrations out on your customers!

Seriously somebody provide Susan with some training. Always rude, very little knowledge of her job, always a massive lineup that moves slower than driver licensing. Hands down the worst location which unfortunately happens to be the only location close by.

I arrived in line at 526. They close at 530. I was 3rd in line. I was refused service despite being there prior to closing. Make sure to arrive at 515/520 to be careful.

Slow

I have been going to this post office for years, not because I want to but because I have no other options since I work nearby. I have endured rudeness on so many levels that I can't even remember them all..BUT, yesterday I was so happy to be greeted by a very pleasant young man, he was helpful and cheerful and very knowlegable. I sincerely hope he can stay at this post office because for the first time I left with all my questions answered and in a reasonable amount of time. If he can't stay, I hope the lady that is normally there can take some lessons on good manners and what it means to be a public servant..I understand that some days are hard, but it is never the fault of the people we serve. If that is the case, she should not be a public servant. This is only my opinion
