My experience was so unpleasant because Mary(at front desk) decided to trick me into driving back to Saskatoon two days before my vehicle was scheduled to be fixed. This resulted into me loosing money, wasting time and having to cancel appointments in Alberta. Very unfair treatment by Mary - did not call to provide updates as said at beginning and shouted at me when responding to a simple question.In my 2 years with Ens Toyota, I have never experienced such ill treatment. It’s so sad that my first time at Ens collision would be my last time there.

I used ENS auto collision for a door skin repair on my Corolla. While I was very happy with the paint job and consideration for vehicle safety, the timeline during repair could definitely improve. Although I scheduled way ahead of time, they delayed the repairs for more than two weeks citing various reasons. Also had to periodically call to ask if the car would be ready at the promised day and had to get disappointed twice.If the business can work on improving their job scheduling and be more proactive with their communication, definitely would recommend them for repairs.

I don’t know the quality yet. But really disappointed with the timeline. I got delayed for three times already. The reasons are Additional labor, paint, polishing. They told me to expect a call twice but in the afternoon told me they found some problem and will be delayed. So frustrating already! Not sure if it is because of the quality inspection is strict or the work always not able to be done properly.

What a terrible experience with this company..I was in accident last december 1 2022 so i choose ens collision to repair my car because it's toyota..front desk booked me on december 31st for an estimate then they booked me for a repair(May 8 2023)..a week before the repair i recieved a text message from(front desk)that they need to postpone the repair because some parts are not complete yet and telling me the estimated date(mid of july)for the remaining parts to come and i need to book again in july 31(for repair)another 3months..so i called sgi about my concern and (planning to move to another shop)and then sgi called ens to put me in cancellation list..when the sgi talk to them(ens)..they said to (sgi)the parts already arrived earlier(morning)on that day(May 5 2023)and the receiving department forgot to notify them(front desk)my goodness its getting into my nerve(what a lie dishonest and unprofessional act..and you know what..they said to sgi the main reason why they cannot fix my car and i need to wait till july 31(another 3months)because they dont have enough technician and most of them is on holiday(really??)first time in my life to heard that in a big car shop like ens collision is out of technician that's why they cannot fix my car(thanks for the lie)just to make some unreasonable excuses..maybe i will understand your reason about the longwait of parts because you said about covid and manufacturer shortages..but for telling me that you don't have enough technician and i need to wait another 3months(what a joke from you guys)front desk need more training about customer service and please be honest to your customer..

Good quality of work. However they had more than 20 days delay on fixing my car and they offered a rental car for only 10 days. They got my car on April 6 and told me the car will be ready on April 22. It was until April 20 that I called them and found out they haven’t started to work on my car. They did estimate on my car on February 24 and ordered parts, however the estimate was not accurate and they needed to order some more parts later. They mentioned that they only have one frame machine. I believe the only certified Lexus collision centre in the city can do much better.

Came here with small claim ( $1500ish) but service were GREAT: I got updated everyday from Katie so I know which stage my vehicle was. And it was really convenient to have loaner car agent on site when I dropped off my vehicle. On top off that, I noticed my vehicle get washed and detailed interior when I pick up my vehicle. They did a really good job fixing my vehicle even it is a really small job at bumper and I definitely would recommend ENS collision centre

Very happy with the service I received. From the appraisal they were on top of it, they even ensured no broken trim would fall off while we waited for parts. And got my car back with excellent fit and finish on the repairs. Almost makes my 4yr old car look showroom fresh.

Just wanted to say thank you to Josh and Shaun and Devin and the rest of the crew at Ens Collision. I got into an accident with my 2005 4RUNNER back in November. It was a big one. I just got it back. It looks better than it probably did when it rolled out of the show room 18 years ago. I’ve done a couple little paint customizations myself. When I picked it up the painter, Devin Friesen took the time to actually do those for me and it looked much better than the job I did! I was super excited to get my baby back. Communication during the whole thing from the ladies at the front desk was amazing. As stressful as getting into a big accident like that is they made it easy the whole way through and I am very appreciative. Thanks again guys.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, free shuttle. Wheelchair accessible entrance, Fairly big parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking.Also find some challenges,Long waiting period to get service.No courtesy vehicle while your car is on the shop. But you can rent in discounted price.Fairly Recommend.
