She was professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. She addressed every question we had and got back to us promptly each time we reached out, even if it was something already asked... When it was established that we were going to host a small reception after the funeral service, it was my pleasure to meet with Anna (can't remember her last name right now) whose care and attention to our little reception, and us, was better that we had expected. The vehicles and staff who took us to the cemetery were also more than satisfactory. I remember this building back in 2006 when it was still J.A. Snow's Funeral Home. As such my review will be of the building, the decor of the reception hall was beautiful and uplifting for an 11 Year old that I was back then, the adjoining chapel was very convenient for us as we didn't have to go looking for a church that my father would have never attended. If anything, I hate the forest green color, it looked better when it was white. Nonetheless, people with deceased can do no wrong by spending their memorials here.

They were very supportive in all facets of managing our needs. What I was particularly happy to discover was that no one gave us a 'hard sell' to use their other services.

Never thought I'd be reviewing a funeral home but here we are. After losing a loved one almost two weeks ago, I began preplanning their funeral. I worked with Caroline, who was affable, and an overall delight. Having genuine service during a stressful time is such a blessing. After my loved one passed, I was supported by Leah, who truly made me feel like I was the only person she was taking care of in the moment. She was available to answer my every email and call, and having her at the service made me feel safe and supported. I am grateful for them both and for any other staff behind the scenes. Terrific team for a terrible time (yes you can use that for your marketing).

Legal affairs and official documents can be so daunting at a time when it's difficult to think clearly.
